Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Unit
Ensure the bar fridge is clean, empty, and securely packed in its original heavy-duty internal and external packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Collection
Once your request is approved, we will coordinate a specialized appliance courier to collect the unit from your home at a scheduled time.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the unit at our warehouse to confirm it is in original condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 business days.
