How long does shipping take for heavy appliances?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Since bar fridges are heavy items, we use specialized couriers to ensure safe handling and provide tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy if the fridge doesn't fit my space?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. We highly recommend measuring your designated space and allowing for 5-10cm of ventilation clearance before purchasing to avoid restocking fees.
Do your bar fridges come with a warranty?
Yes, all our appliances come with a minimum 12-month comprehensive manufacturer's warranty covering parts and labor. Some premium models feature extended warranties on the compressor component.
Can these fridges be built into cabinetry or under benches?
Only models specifically labeled as 'Built-in' or 'Front-Venting' are suitable for cabinetry. Standard freestanding models require open airflow around the sides and back to prevent overheating and maintain energy efficiency.
Are your outdoor bar fridges weatherproof?
Our outdoor range is rated IPX4 or higher and constructed with 304-grade stainless steel to resist corrosion. However, we recommend installing them under cover and away from direct sunlight for optimal cooling performance.
